CONCLUSION

So far, we’ve talked about some of the ways menopause can affect your energy levels and given you some tips on how to boost your energy naturally. But what if you don’t have time for all of that? Or what if those things just aren’t working for you? Let me share with you a couple of quick and easy fixes for when you need an energy boost fast. First, try drinking a cup of coffee or tea. Not only do caffeinated drinks give you an immediate burst of energy, but they can also help improve your mood and cognitive function. Don’t have too much caffeine though as this is not beneficial. If caffeine isn’t your thing, another great option is to add some lemon juice to a glass of water. Lemon juice can be an excellent energy booster because it contains charged negative ions that increase the blood movements so oxygen distribution could be optimized. Lemon is not only a great energy booster but also an excellent mood booster.
